To deliver on our noble mission to further grow our Publisher base and expand our offering in more sites, we are looking for a talented Customer Success AnalystThe Customer Success Analyst will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  • Become a subject matter expert on topics related to online advertising technology, monetization and maximization of user value for our publishers 
  • Utilize our proprietary reporting system and Customer Success software to monitor revenue trend, client health and product rollout progress 
  • Prepare data-driven analyses for client calls and Business Reviews to update on performance, and identify revenue opportunities 
  • Assist senior members of the team in providing revenue and profitability forecasts for potential partnerships 
  • Familiarize with our different platforms and products, provide a feedback loop to the Product team on new features and enhancements 

 

 

Who you are: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering/ Data Science or related field  
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic as minimum  
  • Passion for digital advertising, internet trends and continual learning  
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to transform data into actions  
  • Problem solving mindset, being proactive on improving processes and tools
