Project Agora, the programmatic and native advertising company of TDG, has been partnering with top advertisers and publishers across EMEA since its launch in 2014 with the mission to keep the Open Web Open.

The Retailer Success Manager role sits within our newly launched Project Agora Commerce unit which is aiming to provide retailers with solutions to activate and grow their advertising revenue lines. The position is based in Project Agora’s Athens Headquarters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion of our retailer network including lead generation, sales, recruiting and smooth retailer onboarding across markets
  • Grow existing relationships by acting as a point of contact and strategic advisor, ensure client retention / satisfaction and grow inventory and revenue for retailers
  • Track weekly sales revenue and pipeline growth to identify gaps, assess overall pacing to goals and areas of opportunity/challenge and provide timely reporting regarding revenue performance, risk to business plan, successes and overall revenue generating activity
  • Leverage reporting tools and dashboards to develop sales performance summaries to be presented to retailer and internal management and run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Continuously Educate retailers on: retailer media best practices, shopping marketing tactics, new products, placements and data
  • Work cross functionally to provide the company with actionable advertiser sales, product, marketing and operational feedback


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development/account management and a proven track record in strategically growing client accounts as part of a wider team
  • Problem solving mind-set, being proactive on improving processes and tools and excellent organizational, multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, ability to transform CRM and Sales data into business actions
  • Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams and good interpersonal and persuasive skills across all levels
  • Passion for e-commerce, internet trends and continual learning
  • Experience in retail, shopper marketing, e-commerce or digital advertising will be an asset
