The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA. The successful candidate will be based in Patras and report to his Customer Success Manager. 

 

The Tailwind Customer Success Executive (CSE) is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilization of the GWI (Global Web Index) and SKAI (ex. Kenshoo) management platforms. The CSM is ultimately accountable for clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage the aforementioned platforms to drive ROI and support revenue growth across their book of business.

 


Key responsibilities 

 

  • Become the platform expert for both GWI and SKAI (Search, Social, App & Retail Media) platforms.
  • Work to drive client retention, and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Provide initial, and ongoing training to clients to enable them to effectively use GWI and Skai platforms. 
  • Assist clients in basic implementation and usage of the products. 
  • Provide technical support, marketing best practice and strategy recommendations. 
  • Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction. 
  • Ability to understand clients’ business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution. 
  • Partner closely with the commercial team to drive platform innovation and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make clients successful. 
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded! 

   


We’re looking for someone who


  • Proficient level in English.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely. 
  • Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented approach and able to understand and prioritize tasks quickly.
  • Possess the technical attitude and desire to learn the intricacies of Tailwind.
  • Ability to understand basic social marketing analytics (i.e., Meta/Facebook, Pinterest).
  • Ability to understand basic paid Search marketing analytics (i.e., Google, Bing).
  • Ability to understand ecommerce paid media (i.e., Amazon Sponsored Ads).
  • Experience working with market research/audience profiling is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
