Your Impact 

 

To join us on our mission to keep the Open Web Open, we are looking for a talented Technical Support Tier 1 Team Leader. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry, as a member of our Support Team, and provide accurate solutions to our Publishers. 

  

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Manage the day to day running of the Tier 1 Team and ensure the Team is adhering to KPIs 
  • Work with internal (Success, Product, Development Departments) and external teams in order to provide solutions 
  • Review escalations, identify weak points and address them 
  • Onboard Project Agora products for all our new and existing Publishers 
  • Enrich and keep updated all training course materials and optimize our training program 
  • Come up with ideas/solutions on how to improve the quality of the response of the team and optimize/simplify internal processes 
  • Balance workload and monitor the daily work flow within the Tier 1 team 

 

We’re looking for someone who 

 

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field 
  • Is familiar with web technologies and languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript 
  • Displays excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal 
  • Has fully developed customer service skills 
  • Is able to prioritize and deliver to strict deadlines  
  • Has previous experience in leading a team   
  • Is looking to consistently produce high-quality work, with a proactive attitude 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the Spanish language (or native speaker) will be a plus.
