Your Impact

To deliver on our noble mission to Keep the Open Web Open, we are looking for a talented Yield Optimization Specialist with the scope to support local publishers and maximize their revenue by providing data-driven solutions. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA


The successful candidate will be part of the Yield Optimization team, based in Patras, Greece. 


 Key Responsibilities

  • Increase yield through data analysis for better eCPM on a daily basis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations which will grow publishers’ revenue
  • Work closely with Customer Success & Support team to coordinate the optimization of Project Agora’s publishers
  • Fully up to date with product updates from monetization platforms: New Features / Formats, APIs, Certification Programs
  • Forecasting the impact of changes and upgrades in terms of eCPMs on Project Agora’s publishers
  • Play a role in internal thought leadership by sharing your view of industry development & trend and their likely impact on our business
  • Manage the relationship & optimization of Project Agora’s partner technologies


We are looking for someone who

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Has excellent knowledge of MS-Office
  • Has excellent analytical skills
  • Has a Tech-savviness and a continuous learning and self-development mindset
  • Has prior working experience in an advertising / marketing tech company or a digital publishing group will be considered a plus
  • His/ Her knowledge of agile development methodologies will be considered as a plus
