Your Impact 

 

As an Office Administrator, you will join an established and fast-paced environment with the main focus on assisting in the full lifecycle of business operations. 

 

Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization and working in the People Operations Team, the role requires a professional with business understanding, excellent communication skills and a long-term vision to drive positive outcomes for our people. 

   

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Welcome visitors and provide assistance/direction as needed. 
  • Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain/ various documents of company as related to Employee facing information. 
  • Act as contact point to external partners and internal partners for meetings or requests or event planning.
  • Organize appointments as needed for company meetings. 
  • Coordinate office spaces. 
  • Manage travel arrangements for company. 
  • Manage office supply stock and update/order as necessary. 
  • Work with the accounting department to ensure timely bill payments.
  • Supports the Patras Office Head’s agenda and projects.  

 

We are looking for someone who 

 

  • Has 1-2 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Is proactive and detail oriented. 
  • Displays understanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Has excellent organizational skills. 
  • Has qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage. 
  • Is fluent in English.
