Your Impact


To join us in our vision to Keep the Open Web Open, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team and help us market technology that empowers local publishers and advertisers. You will be an integral part of the Marketing team working on a huge variety of marketing and communication practices within all stages of the customer journey, from branding and digital PR campaigns to lead generation and nurturing.


You will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing and communication activities across markets. You will be collaborating with internal teams and coordinating external resources to produce best-in-class content and sales enablement materials to support our initiatives, build brand awareness and deliver effective lead generation activities. You will also be responsible for coordinating and producing events and webinars both Project Agora led and participation in third party events.

 

Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a self-starting, results-oriented and passionate professional who will be instrumental in successfully executing our initiatives to market.


The successful candidate will join the TDG’s Headquarters in Athens, will report to Project Agora’s Senior Marketing and Communications Manager and will work closely with internal teams including Product, Customer Success and Sales and multiple external resources, such as agencies and content creators.

Key Responsibilities


The Marketing & Communications Executive is responsible to implement and manage:

 

  • Communications across all main contact channels (owned, paid / online and offline) and smooth operation of all owned assets (site, social media accounts, newsletter). 
  • Lead Generation initiatives to achieve agreed KPIs.          
  • Digital PR activities: Press Releases, publicity items (articles, interviews), trade press relationships across markets (Europe, Middle East & Africa, Latin America) and CSR activities. 
  • Communication and co-ordination of external resources, collaborating agencies and content creators. 
  • Content plan execution and content curation. 
  • Product Marketing support on new product launches and production of product and sales collaterals.  
  • Events & webinars, both Project Agora owned and third party. 

  

We’re looking for someone who


  • Holds a bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communication and/or Digital Marketing Diploma or relevant field experience. 
  • Has up to 2 years of solid Marketing experience. 
  • Is familiar with Google Ads/Analytics/Email marketing/Social Media Advertising platforms. WordPress and experience with creative and video editors are a plus. Experience with events (digital and/or physical) is also a strong plus. 
  • Displays excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.  
  • Has excellent command of the Greek and English Language. Spanish or Arabic are considered a plus.   
  • Is familiar with technology and online tool adoption. 
  • Is proactive, responsible, able to work independently and has an eye for detail. 
  • Is a team player, able to manage multiple external resources, motivated and self-driven.
