Your Impact


To deliver on our noble mission, we are looking for a talented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. You will join an established and fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring quality deliveries and exceptional experience for all of our partners. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work together with 80+ engineers and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech companies in EMEA. As a QΑ Engineer, you will design and execute well-structured test plans and test cases according to acceptance criteria that are defined in product requirements. 


Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a methodical, results-oriented, agile and passionate Engineer professional to contribute to the technical culture of the company. 


The successful candidate has the flexibility to be based at the TDG’s Tech Hub in Patras or in Athens or to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities


  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. 
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. 
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. 
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts.  
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. 
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. 
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. 
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. 
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members from Developers, DevOps and Customer Support Engineers to ensure delivery of quality products.


 We’re looking for someone who


  • Has experience with QA methodologies, process, agile/scrum release cycle and defect tracking. 
  • Has a good understanding of test management tools like Xray, Testrail etc. 
  • Is able to execute test cases manually and automated based on product requirements. 
  • Is experienced with Python, JavaScript or any other scripting language 
  • Is familiar with E2E testing (including Backend, Frontend, UI, DB, logging etc.) using Selenium or any other similar tool. 
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree or a Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. 
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.   
  • Enjoys being part of a team that works and grows together with a learning mindset. 
  • Passionate for continuous experimenting and applying cutting edge technology and software paradigms.


Nice to Have


  • Experience with Robot Framework or any other automation framework 
  • Ability to configure Jenkins or Cloud build a pipeline to run scripts as part of the CI/CD. 
  • Comfortable with LambdaTest, BrowserStack or similar testing environment based on Selenium Grid
