Your Impact


To deliver on our noble mission to further grow our Sales team and expand our offering to more markets, we are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaker). As a Sales Development Representative, you will join an established and fast-paced environment focusing on finding the right solution for new clients. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA. The SDR Team embraces autonomy and initiative-taking, supporting local media owners in different countries in CEE, SEE, MEA.

The successful candidate will be based in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities


  • Be a subject matter expert on Project Agora’s offering and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients. 
  • Research and develop targeted prospect lists in order to generate new qualified opportunities through outbound initiatives (Advertising Agencies and Brands).  
  • Create proposals to acquire new customers in the target markets, increase retention and drive overall sales. 
  • Fully qualify and manage leads effectively to maximize sales opportunities.  
  • Work as part of the broader commercial and growth teams to improve execution and drive great team results. 
  • Track activity and maintain reporting within Project Agora CRM systems.  
  • Utilize company platforms and tools to Achieve qualified lead/sales call targets.  
  • Maintain a framework of excellent service and great ROI for the company and its clients.  
  • Work cross-functionally to provide the company with actionable advertiser sales, product, marketing and operational feedback. 
     

We’re looking for someone who


  • Has 1-3 years of Digital Media experience, preferably in Sales.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant numeric field.
  • Is comfortable with web-based applications and MS Office Suite.
  • Displays fluent communication skills in English and Arabic language.
  • Knows the Digital Advertising ecosystem.
  • Is skilled at presenting, communicating and interacting with different levels of people.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and constantly keep up with trends and best practices. 
  • Is pro-active and holds a sense of responsibility and also can work independently.
  • Has the ability to identify opportunities presented by customers and turn them into projects.
  • Has excellent listening, negotiation presentation and communication skills.
