Your Impact

To deliver on our noble mission, we are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager. You will join an established and fast-paced environment with a focus on managing and expanding Project Agora’s SaaS. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full life cycle management of the delivery of the products including requirements and evolution while working in partnership with cross-functional teams of our organization.

Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a self-starting, results-oriented and passionate professional to be instrumental in executing successfully our product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

 

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for our SaaS Partner Platform.  
• Launch, test & fine-tune new products and features quickly. 
• Manage product lifecycle, monitor and analyze metrics and proactively take steps to improve performance and revenue optimization.  
• Write and prioritize thoughtful and detailed requirements to meet the data needs of our external & internal customers. 

• Craft product roadmaps by gathering input from internal & external customers, market and competitive research. 
• Contribute to the troubleshooting of production-escalation issues with your strong technical skills. 
• Be a subject matter expert for your product areas and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and solutions. 
• Research and partner with external companies to leverage their technology. 
• Work collaboratively with team members across cross-functional departments incl. Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, AdOps & Business Development from product inception to product delivery and optimization. 

   

 We’re looking for someone who 

 

• Has 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on software products. 
• Has 2+ years of experience with web-based technical concepts and design of technical solutions. 

• Brings hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Has a technical background with knowledge of software development practices and web technologies like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, APIs. 
• Displays organizational skills and attention to detail and be able to prioritize what to build next.
• Holds a BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Is Tech-savvy and enjoys being part of a team that works and grows together with a learning mindset.

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
• Has previous working experience with agile development methodologies.

 

Nice to Have

• Prior working experience in SaaS products.

• Good SQL skills as well as an understanding of data concepts.
• Prior working experience in an advertising/marketing tech company or a digital publishing group will be considered a plus.

Project Agora offers a hybrid working model. Team members all over the EMEA region currently can meet in person every other week. Project Agora continues to grow our team by conducting a remote-first onboarding process.
