Your Impact

To join us on our mission to keep the Open Web Open, we are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us market technology that empowers local publishers. The Product Marketing Manager will sit at the unique intersection of Marketing, Product and Business, working within all stages of the product life-cycle - from ideation to development to wide release.


You will be responsible for bringing our current and new products to the international markets we are present in, with strong positioning, as well as marketing and sales enablement materials. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the link between the publisher teams from sales, product and customers’ success. You will be tasked with turning our innovative media technology and advertising products into substantial revenue-generating businesses used by millions of people across the world.

Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a self-starting, results-oriented and passionate professional to be instrumental in executing successfully our product marketing initiatives to market.

The successful candidate will join the TDG’s Headquarters in Athens and will work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Success and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze the competition to define and promote our USP per market and per product. 
  • Enhance our USPs per market by working with the product team. 
  • Constantly monitoring competition and industry developments.  
  • Representing the voice of the customer - before, during and after launch.  
  • Clearly articulating a product’s value in a way that resonates within the market.  
  • Driving product adoption and advocacy. 
  • Product messaging and positioning marketing communications, and sales. 
  • Coordinating and managing product launches. 
  • Creating marketing and sales collaterals. 
  • Working on customer and market research. 
  • Content marketing and thought-leadership writing. 
  • Reporting on data performance and customer feedback.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Is naturally curious to keep constantly up to date with industry developments. 
  • Superior commercial acumen. 
  • Is familiar with the use of BI tools and MS excel. 
  • Is experienced in developing impactful product Go-To-Market strategies and cross-functional plans. 
  • Demonstrates talent in content development and can translate anything technical to business literacy and is very comfortable writing and planning content. 
  • Is experienced in B2B marketing and in driving product launches, including value proposition development and product positioning. 
  • Displays a strong passion to always find the right product positioning and messaging, with excellent writing skills and customer communication. 
  • Has teamwork skills, proven ability to manage external resources and collaborate with other functions in the company.

Experience from a B2B ad-tech company, or digital publishing experience working in a global company.
