Your Impact

To deliver on our noble mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Product ManagerYou’ll join an established and fast-paced environment with the main focus on managing and expanding Project Agora’s Publisher Solutions offering. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA and LATAM.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full life cycle management of your product leveraging both existing and new technologies while working in partnership with cross-functional teams of our organization.

Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a self-starting, results-oriented and passionate professional to be instrumental in executing successfully our product initiatives.

The successful candidate will join the Product Team in TDG’s Tech Hub in Patras and will work closely with internal teams including Development, Customer Support, Customer Success and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the definition of strategy and the execution of roadmap for Project Agora’s Publisher Solutions offering. 
  • Launch, test & fine-tune new products and features quickly. 
  • Manage product lifecycle, monitor and analyze metrics and proactively take steps to improve performance and revenue optimization. 
  • Develop specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria to capture the scope and experience of the integrations. 
  • Craft product roadmaps by gathering input from internal & external customers, market and competitive research. 
  • Be a subject matter expert for your product areas and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and solutions. 
  • Research and partner with external companies to leverage their technology. 


We’re looking for someone who

  • Holds a BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields. 
  • Has 2+ years of product management experience. 
  • Provides hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle. 
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical skills. 
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 
  • Is tech-savviness and provides a continuous learning and self-development mindset. 
  • Can be a voracious learner, having the desire and ability to become a deep expert in hundreds of use cases across multiple products. 


Nice to Have 


  • A prior working experience in an advertising/marketing tech company or a digital publishing group. 
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies will be considered a plus.
