Your Impact

To deliver on our noble mission to further grow our Commercial Team, we are looking for a talented Business Development Manager. You’ll join an established and fast-paced environment with the main focus on growing and developing our clients’ portfolio within Slovakia, Czech Republic and internationally. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA and LATAM.

The successful candidate will be based in Bratislava and should expect frequent travel to Prague.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain and grow relationships with agencies, advertisers and publishers to respond to RFPs, build campaign plans, communicate service offerings. 
  • Be a subject matter expert on Project Agora’s offering and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients. 
  • Research and develop targeted prospect lists to generate new qualified opportunities through outbound initiatives. 
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers. 
  • Assume accountability and ownership of campaign execution for assigned client accounts and facilitate seamless deal executions. 
  • Provide clients with key insights to improve their media spend ROI utilizing excellent Account Management skills. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. 
  • Achieve performance standards and goals set by management.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Media or Digital Advertising ecosystem. 
  • Is familiar with the Slovakia digital publishing industry. 
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or a related field. 
  • Is keen and curious about data analysis and optimization. 
  • Acts proactively with a sense of responsibility while he/she can work independently. 
  • Has strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actions. 
  • Can identify opportunities presented by customers and turn them into projects. 
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English and local language as a minimum.  
  • Shares a passion for digital advertising, internet trends and continual learning. 
  • Has outstanding listening, negotiation and communication skills.
