To further grow the company’s Commerce Practice, we seek to appoint an Account Manager.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the provision of marketing and e-commerce services gained in a marketing/consulting agency, a retailer, or a brand.


Key Responsibilities


  • Be able to fully immerse yourself in our clients’ business to grow brands to their customers’ expectations by orchestrating and managing effective holistic e-commerce and marketing solutions that drive awareness, demand, conversion and customer satisfaction across a wide number of marketplaces, owned and 3d party digital shelves.
  • Demonstrate outstanding shopper marketing thinking by connecting the dots across diverse disciplines such as Brand Building, Performance Marketing, Customer Experience and Commerce operations to drive sustainable competitive advantage for our clients.
  • Be able to build a deep understanding and map the business opportunities, challenges and shopper journeys faced in multiple market categories inclusive of CPG, Health & Beauty, Food, Fashion.
  • Work with all relevant capability teams to recruit and onboard long term key account clients as per the company’s mission and objectives.


We’re looking for someone who

  • Has a high-flyer, of > 3 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing, consulting, or e-commerce role.
  • Has a proven track record of managing and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business results.
  • Displays a track record of consultative business development and the ability to build business relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to draw decisions and devise plans based on data coupled with an understanding of the value and role creativity has in impacting shopping behavior is a must.
