Your Impact


To deliver on our noble mission to further grow our Commercial Team, we are looking for a talented Commercial Director. You’ll join an established and fast-paced environment with the main focus on managing and developing our strategic partnerships’ portfolio in the UAE. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA and LATAM. As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the commercial development for the UAE, including the management of our business development while ensuring alignment and success of day-to-day operations.


Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a passionate, self-driven and team-player professional with strong interpersonal skills to contribute to our business growth. 


The successful candidate will be based at the Project Agora office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with the local Digital Media Agencies, top advertisers and local Publishers. 
  • Assist in the long-term establishment of Project Agora’s presence in UAE and GCC. 
  • Be a subject matter expert in Programmatic Media and Native Ads offering. 
  • Building, owning and delivering the Strategy & Business Plan of the local office. 
  • Work with end clients, agency partners and high-end publishers in the market to develop highly effective marketing programs and monetization solutions. 
  • Assist in recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing local sales team members. 
  • Maintaining a framework of excellent service and great ROI for the company and its clients. 
  • Driving sales actively through insightful and proactive client minded approach. 
  • Represents the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more agency clients and end clientele.


We’re looking for someone who


  • Has 6+ years of experience within the Digital Advertising and or Digital Media ecosystem. 
  • Holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or relevant field. 
  • Is keen and curious about data analysis and optimization. 
  • Acts proactively with a sense of responsibility while he/she can work independently. 
  • Has strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actions. 
  • Can identify opportunities presented by customers and turn them into projects. 
  • Shares a passion for digital advertising, internet trends and continual learning. 
  • Has outstanding listening, negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Is a team player, motivated and self-driven. 
  • Has excellent command of the Arabic & English languages.
