To enable local retailers to create new diversified revenue lines TailWind has partnered with the world’s leading retail media platform, CitrusAd.


We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive to drive an excellent usage of TailWind's platforms that will promote success, retention and growth for our existing clients. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services they receive and build strong and long-term relationships.


The role requires a passionate, strategic-thinker and excellent communication professional to act as the main point of contact for existing and new clients by sharing impactful performance for their needs.


The successful candidate will be based in Patras and report to the Customer Success Manager.


Key Responsibilities


  • Become the technical expert for Sizmek full-stack solutions (AdServer, dynamic creative optimization). 
  • Onboard customers in the platforms and enable them with trainings, advice on platform usage and support to use them for ad-management, campaign creation, creatives creation/testing, reporting etc. 
  • Resolve technical issues. 
  • Liaise with customers for providing support and consulting on our digital advertising products and services. 
  • Manage activities and campaigns across TailWind’s digital advertising platforms and clients. 
  • Work closely with Account managers to ensure unparalleled customer service.


We’re looking for someone who


  • Holds a degree in Computer Science/Engineering. 
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills both with the talent to create strong relationships with clients. 
  • Is Proactive, goal-oriented approach and able to understand and prioritize tasks quickly. 
  • Possess the technical attitude and shares the desire to learn the intricacies of TailWind. 
  • Is a team player and able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines. 
  • Has excellent command of the English Language. 
  • Displays knowledge of HTML. An experience with CSS will be considered as a plus.
