To enable local retailers to create new diversified revenue lines TailWind has partnered with the world’s leading retail media platform, CitrusAd.

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help local e-commerce Retailers to reap the benefits of Retail Tech Media and monetize shoppers’ traffic on their websites. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

The role requires a passionate, methodical and results-oriented professional who also keeps up the latest industry technologies and best practices to contribute to the Retail Tech Media development culture.

The successful candidate will be based at TDG’s Headquarters in Athens and will report to TailWind’s Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Sales target setting, forecasting and reporting activity for the unit.
  • Identify, target and develop strong relationships with retailers across multiple verticals. Build a pipeline of opportunities within our regions.
  • Actively drive sales through insightful and proactive client minded approach.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Retail Media, monitor global trends, track product adoption & collaborate with internal teams to gather market feedback, evolve the proposition and commercial & business models to successfully position our solutions in each of our markets and drive product update.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 2-5 years working experience in retail, eCommerce or digital advertising with solid Advertising Technology Industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrates a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Has advanced business acumen and analytical skills, ability to control metrics required to exceed sales quotas.
  • Displays excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Is a team player and able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Has an excellent command of the English Language.
