Your Impact


To deliver on our noble mission, we are looking for a talented Publisher Business Development Manager for LATAMYou’ll join an established and fast-paced environment with the main focus to be a subject matter expert on Project Agora’s offering and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA and LATAM. As a Publisher Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to develop highly effective monetization solutions and facilitate seamless deal executions.


Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a passionate, self-driven and team-player professional with the ability to contribute to our business growth. 
 

The successful candidate will join the Publisher Business Development Team and will be based in LATAM, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop a deep understanding of our product proposition as well as the market landscape. 
  • Be a subject matter expert on Monetization Solutions, Yield Optimization, Programmatic and Native Ads offering. 
  • Actively Driving Sales through an insightful and proactive Client minded approach. 
  • Effectively communicating the value propositions with different presentations. 
  • Own budgeting, forecasting and reporting for LATAM market. 
  • Representing the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more Publishers. 
     

We’re looking for someone who


  • Has 4+ years of sales experience within the Media or Digital Advertising ecosystem, familiar with Enterprise Publishers within the LATAM region. 
  • Holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or Business related field. A Postgraduate degree in the relative field would be appreciated. 
  • Is able to identify opportunities presented by clients and prospects and turn them into business. 
  • Demonstrates outstanding listening, negotiation presentation, communication and account management skills. 
  • Is proactive, responsible and self-starting with a curious eye for data analysis and optimization. 
  • Has excellent command of the English and Spanish languages. 
  • Displays good presentation, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people. 
  • Is willing to learn and constantly keep up with trends and best practices. 
  • Proactive, sense of responsibility, can work independently.
