Your Impact

To deliver on our noble mission, we are looking for a talented Media Sales Manager. You’ll join an established and fast-paced environment with the main focus to be a subject matter expert on Project Agora’s offering and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA and LATAM. As a Media Sales Manager, you will be responsible to develop and establish strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.

The successful candidate will join the Advertiser Sales Team and will be based in Athens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop targeted prospect lists in order to generate new qualified opportunities through outbound initiatives.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with agencies and end-clients in order to respond to RFPs, build campaign plans, communicate service offerings.
  • Understand the value of Project Agora’s Media Partnership competitive offering and articulate its benefits in a manner meaningful to the customers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective new customers.
  • Assume accountability and ownership of campaign execution for client accounts and regularly communicating performance results (holding QBR meetings to present them).
  • Provide clients with key insights to improve their media spend ROI utilizing Excellent Account Management skills.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecasting and activity reporting.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.

We’re looking for someone who


  • Has 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Media or Digital Advertising ecosystem.
  • Holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or Business related field. 
  • Has a significant success in media sales, with a specific focus on digital display/PPC Campaigns.
  • Tracks record of commercial success and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrates outstanding listening, negotiation presentation, communication and account management skills. 
  • Is able to identify opportunities presented by clients and prospects and turn them into business.
  • Displays strong consultative sales skills and passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships and closing new business.
  • Is able to partner with internal stakeholders, including advertiser success, product team, to provide the best possible experience for our clients.
  • Is proactive, responsible and self-starting with a curious eye for data analysis and optimization.
  • Is fearless on the phones, persistent, and good work ethic.
