Project Agora has recently launched its Commerce product, to address the Retail Media gap in the Greek ecosystem of e-Commerce. Project Agora Commerce provides Advertisers with the opportunity to promote their products within e-Commerce sites, starting with the Health & Beauty Sector.


Your Impact


To deliver on our noble mission, we are looking for a talented Senior Business Development Executive. You’ll join an established and fast-paced environment with the main focus on developing new business and evangelizing the efficiency of our online marketing solutions. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA and LATAM. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible to identify and target new customers and develop strong relationships with existing and potential retailers across multiple verticals.


Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a passionate, self-driven and team-player professional with the ability to contribute to our business growth. 


The successful candidate will join the Advertiser Sales Team and will be based in Athens.

Key Responsibilities


  • Be a subject matter expert on Project Agora’s commerce product offering. 
  • Deliver effective sales presentations based on clients’ vertical, briefs and campaign KPI. 
  • Actively participate in expanding Project Agora’s advertiser and retailer network and ensure smooth client partner onboarding. 
  • Grow existing relationships by acting as the point of contact and strategic advisor, ensure client retention/satisfaction and grow advertising spend, inventory and yield.  
  • Assume accountability and ownership of campaign execution for assigned client accounts. 
  • Leverage reporting tools and dashboards to developing sales performance summaries to be presented to client partners and internal management and run thoughtful data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews. 
  • Continuously educate client partners on retailer media best practices, shopping marketing tactics, new products, placements and data. 
  • Work cross-functionally to provide the company with actionable advertiser sales, product, marketing and operational feedback 

 

We’re looking for someone who


  • Has 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Digital Advertising and/or e-Retail ecosystem. 
  • Holds a BA/ BSc in Marketing /Communications/Business/Analytics related field. 
  • Has a strong commercial acumen. 
  • Is proactive, responsible and self-starting with a curious eye for data analysis and optimization. 
  • Is quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, with strong analytical skills. 
  • Can identify opportunities presented from customers and turn them into projects 
  • Demonstrates outstanding listening, negotiation presentation, communication and account management skills.
