Your Impact


To deliver on our noble mission, we are looking for a talented Scrum Master. You will join an established and fast-paced environment with a focus on working with the Product Development Team in understanding, driving and implementing our products. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work together with 80+ engineers and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech companies in EMEA. As a Scrum Master, you will be a part of a highly collaborative and cross-functional development team and you will be responsible to manage timelines, coordinate sprints, resolve problems and coach team members on Agile methodologies.


Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires an agile, self-motivated and team-player professional with the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction and to contribute to flourishing the collaborative Agile of the organization.


The successful candidate has the flexibility to be based in Athens or at the TDG’s Tech Hub in Patras or to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage each project’s scope and timeline
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (stakeholders)
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity


We’re looking for someone who


  • Has experience in a scrum master role working with multiple teams following SDLC processes and procedures
  • Is familiar with software development
  • Has excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of ready/done, user stories, backlog refinement)
  • Is an expert in JIRA & Confluence
  • Provides problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Displays outstanding organizational skills
  • Is methodical and results-oriented
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree or a Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Enjoys being part of a team that works and grows together with a learning mindset


Nice to Have


  • Scrum Master certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with the SaaS products industry will be considered as an extra asset
  • Project management previous experience
