Your Impact

As TDG’s CFO, you’ll join an established and fast-paced environment to perform effective financial management that will allow the holding group to propel to the next level. You will be responsible for the financial, accounting, risk management and corporate development of our holding group and oversee the financial operations in the companies we have invested in.

You will have exposure to a broad range of functions – from Accounting to Risk Management to Auditing to Investing. You will collaborate closely with functional leaders throughout the organization and implement top financial strategies.

Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization the role requires an energetic, agile and highly technical financial professional, who can adapt to growth and change and can utilize technology and sound management skills to create the needed digital transformation and efficiency improvements to stay ahead of the market.

Key Responsibilities

Chief Finance Officer:

  • Owner of the overall financial operations of the organization including corporate accounting and administration, treasury, financial and managerial reporting and corporate development.
  • Responsible for TDG’s financial and internal controls and risk management, ensuring the company’s policies, procedures, and controls are sufficient, well-designed, and properly followed

Executive Leader:

  • Provides leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting teams at the group and individual company level.
  • Contributes to the direction and growth of the group by bringing in actionable data-backed strategic advice to support executive decisioning.
  • Works with corporate and investment bankers, investors, and auditors, ensuring strong working relationships and enhancements of TDG’s excellent reputation.

   Digital Transformation Agent:

  • Develops the needed systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances while evaluating profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.
  • Becomes the transformation champion by actively working with interdepartmental and external teams to drive needed improvement.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has a solid experience as CFO or equivalent, preferably in a fast-paced international technology-enabled environment, with annual revenue of a minimum of €20 million.
  • Has excellent knowledge of data analysis, forecasting and valuation methodologies.
  • Demonstrates leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills exemplified working with big diverse teams.
  • Displays hands-on experience with financial management, reporting and business intelligence software and active leadership role in a minimum of 1 major technology-enabled transformation project.
  • Is Financing and M&A Experience would be considered a major bonus.
  • Is a Qualified Member of a local Accounting Organization
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance /accounting required, MBA or equivalent a plus.
